Ion Technology Support Inc. is a full service analytical equipment repair company, located in the heart of the Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina. Our analytical repair, refurbishment and relocation services include most major brands and models of MS (Single Quad, Triple Quad, Tof, Tof/Tof, QTof, Orbi Trap, and Ion Trap), HPLC, UPLC, GC, GC/MS, and IC. We offer in-house component level robotic, mechanical and circuit board repair services at a significant cost savings over OEM spare parts. Our service coverage is on-site nationwide support, ship-to RTP in-house repair of your equipment, or remote diagnostics.
Also provided are instrumentation service contracts with various levels of contracts from full coverage to preventative maintenance only. Service contracts – 12 months full service – all parts & labor with PM’s.

- Lab / system relocations – de-installation, pack up, crating, shipping.
- Loaner repairs – Many loaner modules available while your module is repaired and tested.
- Power Quality Analysis – Fluke 435 – isolate power disturbances & interruptions.
- Installations / Lab planning – Power, gases, and exhaust planning. Installs to OEM specs.
- System refurbishments – Complete system testing and spec out. All missing and or worn items replaced.
- Lab IT support – PC Upgrades, software upgrades, hardware & software support and repair.
- Parts – Large inventory including many vacuum and turbo pumps.
